I know the weather hasn’t been that hot… but our heats have been ‘smokin’!’’(Please excuse me, I re-watched The Mask recently). Seriously though, I have had so much fun working on these heats. Almost every weekend I’ve been at a heat, I can guarantee you there will be an LOL after my status on facebook. TV psychologist, Dr. Linda Papadopoulos is joining the judging panel for the national final of the Funny Women Awards on Monday 26th September at the Leicester Square Theatre.

Surviving Actors provides events throughout the year to help actors sustain themselves in a notoriously difficult profession.  This is the second event that Funny Women has been involved with and the convention in Manchester this coming Saturday will fall into three categories - develop, create and sustain.
