Lynne Parker writes for Huffington Post 1

Funny Women founder and executive producer, Lynne Parker, has joined the ranks of over 9,000 bloggers who write for The Huffington Post.

The Huffington Post was founded by Arianna Huffington in May 2005, It now has an active community, with over one million comments made on the site each month. Prior to The Huffington Post, Huffington hosted a website called Ariannaonline.com. Her first foray into the Internet was a website called Resignation.com, which called for the resignation of President Bill Clinton and was a rallying place for conservatives opposing Clinton.

The Huffington Post UK  launched in July 2011 and a French targeted edition, Le Huffington Post, was also launched at the end of 2011. International editions for Spain, Italy and Germany are planned for this year.

The Huffington Post attracts a broad cross section of society to write blogs - from politicians and celebrities to academics and policy experts — who contribute on a wide range of topics.  Lynne therefore joins a growing band of commentators and experts.
