Finalist Profile: Katherine Bennett
Getting to the final of the Funny Women Awards is validation that the late nights into early mornings spent at my desk writing was not simply for my own amusement.
The act is really just a distillation of the way I look at life. My humour has been described as dark and my delivery as sardonic.
I was raised in Hertfordshire and now live in Croydon with a husband (mine) and lots of children (also, almost exclusively, mine.....in as much as one can claim to own either a husband or a child).
